Since I spend all my time on Craig'slist looking for jobs, I figured I should try something out. I am going to start responding to random posts about doing things for free and what not to meet awesome people and blog about them. What do you think? I think it sounds good.

The Lottery!

So, I don't want to work for the man just like everyone else in the world. What can I do to instantly free myself of that? The Lottery! Everyone wants to get rich quick from the lottery. Well, I thought I wanted to win until I thought about it like this:


One of the most common cliches about the lottery is that you are more likely to get hit by a lightning bolt than to win the lottery. With those kinds of chances it sounds to most people that they could spend their whole life savings on different numbers and never win. I look at it the other way: If I WIN the lottery I have to be prepared for death to be knocking at my door any minute.


(And just think of all of the more likely ways I could die on the daily!)

Cave people

We were cave people in our house in Kirkwood for quite some time. It took us until Friday at 8 PM to finally connect ourselves to the internet. We had two months of sitting in our living room talking and playing games! Now, we will all lock our doors and waste our brains on a bright screen! Hooray! We are back!
